ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Local 54 currently has contracts with 11 casinos. As Director of Negotiations, I was third chair in both the 1994 and 1999 negotiations. I was in charge of the final printing of the contracts for signature by the Employers and the printing of the contract booklets for the 15,000 members for both the 1994-1999 contract and the 1999-2004 contract.
Local 54 also has contracts with 35 non-casino Employers. Since becoming Director of Negotiations in 1992, I have been responsible for the 35 contracts which are renegotiated every 3 years.
Successfully organized and negotiated first time contracts for 12 properties. Successfully organized and negotiated 20 residual units in the Casino Hotels.
